For many years, Hello, Personality was home to my exploration of personality types, self-understanding, and the larger question of what makes us who we are.

That inquiry has grown into something broader.

My work now goes deeper into understanding ourselves and the stories we carry, attuning to our inner wisdom, and choosing how what we discover shapes the way we live and express ourselves.
