S3E9 - We're continuing a series of interviews to see the strengths and struggles of various types with the Authentic Life Framework and to learn more about how their personality type is showing up in their life.
Today we have Erica, an ISFP who isn't a personality type expert but who worked with me to find her best-fit type in the 16 Type system. In this episode, you'll hear the strengths and struggles Erica experiences as the owner of a dog training and behavior consulting business. As I ask her questions, you'll hear me point out the ways in which her cognitive functions are showing up in our conversation. It's like getting a front-row seat to a conversational typing session!
You'll see many ways in which her cognitive functions impact her life and business as well as her relationship to each element of the Authentic Life Framework (Consciousness, Clarity, Confidence, Community, and Consistency).
About Erica:
Erica owns and runs The Kind Canine, a dog training and behavior consulting business in Bend, Oregon, alongside her husband of 7 years, Eric. She’s a multi-certified professional dog trainer and has raised and worked with many wonderful companion animals throughout the course of my career. Prior to becoming a dog trainer and owning her own business, she was a teacher in both Colorado and Oregon public schools at the primary and secondary levels for nearly a decade, which helped to create and foster a love for understanding the mechanics behind human behavior and development.
